Built by function, not by flower

“Show me the stems. I'll take it from there.” Pick by role — Focal, Line, Texture, Airy — and the table composes itself.

Every canvas starts at 8 stems. Mix the four roles freely from there.

Stems arrive pre-conditioned, stripped and packed in fresh-water hydration packs.

Not sure where to begin?

Fills your canvas with 15 stems, our Low & Lush Friday table. Change anything from there.

Stem Bar Insert

Ingredients

  • 3–4 garden roses Focal
  • 3 stems flowering branch Line
  • 4–5 stems astilbe Texture
  • 2–3 stems sweet pea Airy Gesture

Low, wide compote vessel (6" max height)

Styling notes

Place focals first at slightly varied heights, then fill line stems at the edges before tucking texture and airy stems last, letting a few trail over the rim.

Best paired with the Table Linen & Beeswax Taper add-on.

Assembly

  1. 01

Set the tape grid across the compote mouth in a ½" cross-hatch to lock stem placement.

  2. 02

Place focal blooms first, low and slightly off-center, at three varied heights.

  3. 03

Build line stems outward from the focals to establish the arrangement's width.

  4. 04

Fill with texture stems, then finish with airy gesture stems trailing just past the rim.

Use clear floral tape in a low cross-hatch pattern just below the vase rim — invisible once filled, and what keeps a low, wide arrangement from collapsing inward.
