Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Flowers make the perfect gift! To send a subscription to someone else, simply enter the recipient's address in the shipping details at checkout. If you'd like to add a personalized gift note for their first delivery, just let us know in the order notes or text us after placing your order.

When is the weekly order cutoff?

To guarantee Friday delivery, please place or adjust your subscription by Wednesday at 12:00 PM. This gives our team enough time to source and hand-style the freshest stems for your order.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Your fresh arrangement will be hand-delivered to your door every Friday morning, perfectly timed so your home is ready and beautifully set for Shabbos.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If no one is home to accept the delivery, our courier will carefully place your wrapped arrangement in a safe, shaded spot near your door. Because our flowers are hand-delivered fresh on Friday morning, we highly recommend bringing them inside as soon as possible so they can be placed in water.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Yes, absolutely! We know life gets busy and plans change. You can easily pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your customer account portal. Just make sure to make any changes at least two days before your scheduled weekly charge.

How do I make my flowers last longer?

To get the most life out of your arrangement, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in clean, cool water. Keep them out of direct sunlight and drafts, and change the water every 2–3 days. Adding flower food to the fresh water will also keep your blooms looking vibrant all week long!
